Susan Didcott has spent a lifetime stitching and honing her craft. She is a designer, and a patternmaker and costumier for theatre and film. She also trained as a teacher, and works in the skills development space, in product design and teaching sewing skills.

For Open Studios 2026, she’s working with beautiful fabrics, embroideries and tapestries that she has collected over the years and reimagines a new life for them.

Expect an eclectic mix of beautiful products from a highly skilled and creative maker.
